WHAT IS THE ELITE COMPANY
N'ertia's Premier
Performance Ensemble
The N'ertia Elite Company is an invitation-only performance and competition ensemble for advanced dancers who are ready to take their training to the highest level. Members represent N'ertia Dance Company at regional and national competitions, community performances, and special events.
Elite Company members receive advanced choreography, intensive rehearsal schedules, and the opportunity to develop as pre-professional artists. This is where dedication meets opportunity.
Membership is by audition or invitation from the Artistic Director, based on demonstrated technique, commitment, and artistic potential.
Advanced Training
Intensive technique classes, masterclasses, and style-specific workshops beyond the standard curriculum.
Choreography
Original group, small group, and solo choreography created by Lesley Davis and guest choreographers.
Rehearsals
Regular rehearsals to prepare competition and performance pieces to the highest standard.
Competitions
Regional and national dance competitions representing N'ertia Dance Company.
Performances
Community performances, showcases, and special events throughout the year.

Invitations
Audition
Open auditions are held periodically throughout the year. Dancers demonstrate technique, performance quality, and artistic potential across multiple styles.
Invitation
The Artistic Director may extend direct invitations to current N'ertia students who demonstrate exceptional dedication, technique, and artistic growth.
Commitment
Elite Company membership requires a commitment to regular rehearsals, competitions, performances, and the standards of the N'ertia company.
Competition & Performance Fees
Elite Company participation involves additional fees for competition entry, costumes, travel, and performance materials. These are separate from standard tuition. Full details are provided upon acceptance into the company. Contact us for more information.
