N'ertia Dance Company is more than just a basic studio; we are a pre-professional dance company connecting the community to art through dance performance.
Our goal is to provide elite level instruction to students who display dedication and commitment to the art form. NDC seeks to create a safe, educational dance experience which evokes the spirit of each individual to Entertain, Engage, and Evolve through their dance artistry.
We believe dance is a powerful vehicle for self-discovery, community connection, and artistic excellence. Every student who walks through our doors is treated as a whole person — not just a dancer.

ARTISTIC DIRECTOR & OWNER
Lesley Davis
"Passion comes first, everything else is secondary."
Lesley Davis is the Founder, Owner, and Artistic Director of N'ertia Dance Company. A graduate of Texas Woman's University with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance Education, Lesley has dedicated her career to the art of dance and the development of young artists.
During her time at TWU, Lesley performed with the TWU Dance Company and DanceWorks, building a foundation in Ballet, Contemporary, Modern, and Jazz. Her performance background spans Ballet, Contemporary, Hip-Hop, Modern, Tap, Jazz, African, Colorguard, Precision Dance, and Drill Team.
As a choreographer, Lesley has created works for competitions, showcases, and performances across the region. She is also an experienced adjudicator and has served as a judge at numerous dance competitions and events.
Lesley has led intensives, workshops, and masterclasses, and continues to grow as an artist and educator. Her philosophy is simple: passion first. Everything else follows.
